We want you to be satisfied with your order! If you want to return an item bought from our website for any reason, we will gladly exchange or credit you for any item that is in like-new condition and unworn within 30 days of your original purchase. Prior to sending, request a Return Authorization number via email at email@example.com. Securely package your return, and send it back to us using a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from our website and be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow 3-5 days for this process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded and/or returned. This rule applies to items under our "Sale" tab. Promotional and/or flash sale items may still be exchanged if applicable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with an alternative. If there is a problem with your exchange, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss and address solutions.
Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Incorrect Shipment: We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and customer service. However, if your order is found to be defective or incorrect, we will provide a return label to return the item/s. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue a credit via email in the amount of the original purchase minus shipping upon inspection of the returned items. If the original gift giver desires a refund, please refer to the general returns section.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
